Responsibilities: Cristal Travel, Ltd. is responsible for the organization of the services listed in this website. Our company is fully insured in accordance with the law of the Portuguese Republic, through the international insurance company, Axa Insurance. All our clients will be fully covered during our services. Our company shall not be liable for any losses or damages that are not directly connected or caused by our services. We will not be responsible for any item left inside our vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the meeting points at the time arranged with our company, failing to do so, accepts the responsibility of being left behind and for the transport to their destiny. It is the customer's responsibility to be in possession of the necessary documents to allow their free movement at Portuguese airports.

 

Prices: The prices in this website include all applicable fees according to the Portuguese Republic.

 

Reservations: Can be made at any day and any time. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the service will be subject to availability.

 

Ticket: The ticket will be exclusively used for the service indicated and by the customer referred as client.

 

Contracted service: Transfer service includes the itinerary mentioned on the ticket, and may include other pick-up locations, until the final destination, unless the transfer service is private.

 

Cancellations: We will only accept cancellations with a 24 hours’ notice.

 

Refunds: The customer will be entitled to a refund, in accordance with the legislation of the Portuguese Republic.

 

Changes: All prices and services mentioned in this website are subject to change, without previous notice, when due to circumstances over the control of our company.

 

Vehicles: Cristal Travel, Lda. does not define which vehicle will be used in the service, depending exclusively on availability.

 

Complaints: Complaints will only be accepted when submitted to our company, within the maximum period of 20 days after the service. In accordance with the directives of the European Union, the claims will be validated after the veracity of the facts presented is checked.

 

Disputes: Any and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Albufeira.
